Chinese Flavoured Turkey Wings

1/2 cup Kikkoman® Sesame, Ginger & Soy Marinade and Sauce
1 mandarin, finely grated rind and 1/4 cup juice
1/2 teaspoon Chinese 5 spice powder
8 Ingham Turkey Wings
Steamed rice, to serve
Steamed Asian green vegetables, to serve

Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a large roasting pan with 2 layers of baking paper. Combine marinade, mandarin rind, mandarin juice and Chinese 5 spice powder in a large glass bowl. Add turkey wings and toss until well coated with marinade. Cover and stand for 30 minutes if time permits.

Transfer turkey wings to prepared roasting pan, reserving marinade. Roast turkey wings for 35 minutes. Drizzle reserved marinade over wings and cook for a further 10-15 minutes or until golden and cooked through.

To serve, spoon rice onto serving plates. Top with turkey wings and drizzle with pan juices. Serve with Asian greens on the side.
